To complement our other departments, we have a secondary processing phase of production. Some of the processes that we supply expertise in are:

• Stamping
• Welding
• Straighten and Cut-to-Length Wire

Premier Spring’s secondary processing can manufacture products from .062” to .375” in diameter. We can also work with a range of strip depending on your application.

One of our goals is to reduce the costs of tooling. Premier Spring has a significant investment in hydraulic and pneumatic wire formers to allow for short-run and prototypes.

Secondary processing is an area that elevates Premier Spring above the rest of the field. Many of our competitors cannot offer the value added services.
